Mr Lakhani has been practicing law for 14 years. He was featured in BBC programme “The Sheriffs are coming” in 2013 & appears weekly on PTV Global.
Sherali Lakhani is a partner of the firm since 2003, he is Head of the Immigration, and Civil Litigation Department. In addition to a Solicitor he is an accredited Commercial mediator. He is well known for dealing with Judicial Reviews and the court of appeal matters, and has a wealth of experience acting on behalf of clients bringing challenges to the Immigration decisions, property and contract litigation. He handles complex and substantial litigation, in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.

Recent highlights of work
Professional Negligence
- Pursuing a claim for damages on behalf of a Claimant against a firm of solicitors for £25,000.00 arising out of the failure to carry out instructions and negligence.
- Claim against a major bank in excess of £2 million for deceit, negligence and breach of fiduciary duty.
Will Disputes
- Defending a claim on behalf of a widow to seek appropriate remedy and stop forced sale by the executor to force the sale of asset worth £350,000
Litigation
- Claim against a major art auctioneer for misrepresentation, which resulted in a loss of £1.5 million, where substantial sums were received on behalf of the client.
Immigration
- Currently challenging PBS rules which are unfair.

Shazmeen Rashid is a Paralegal and working in the property Department of our firm. She graduated with LLB honours from Middlesex University, she then went on to complete the LPC at London Metropolitan University.
